Disable Link FormattingΒ
If you want to put a link to a YouTube video, Github Gist, etc, and do not want Kbee to automatically embed the content but instead just show the normal link, you can add anΒ ! Β (exclamation mark) to the start of the link text to tell Kbee to not embed the content.Β
Β
Β
Β
For example, here is a YouTube link that is not embedded:Β

Download LinksΒ
Kbee can automatically detect specially formatted links that let you create βdownload linksβ to content in your Google Drive inside an article, or embed Google Drive Files inside your article.Β
Β
If you want to let your viewers download a file from Kbee, you can do so by creating a special download link on your Doc.Β
Β
First, copy the link to the file in Google DriveΒ
Β
Β
Next, create a link to that file in your documentΒ
Β
Β
Finally, edit the link and addΒ #DOWNLOAD# Β to the start of the text.Β
Β
Note: Make sure there are no spaces before the first #Β
Β
Β
Β
ResultΒ
The link below will download the Google Doc used to create this article as a PDF:Β
Embedded Documents and FilesΒ
You can also embed a document, slide deck, sheet, video, or any Google Drive file inside an article.Β
Β
Follow the same instructions as the download links above, but instead of the word #DOWNLOAD# use the wordΒ #EMBED#Β
Β
Note: All other text in the link will be ignored Β

This is the Google Doc used to create this article! Β
