Adding Articles

There are two ways to add an article to a Space:
Create a new Google Doc within the shared Kbee folder
Move pre-made articles in Google Docs into the shared Kbee folder

Create a new Google Doc within the shared Kbee folder

Click on β€œ+Add Article” to create a new Doc

Give your article a name and click β€œcreate”

Start writing your article in the new doc created by Kbee

Move pre-made articles in Google Docs into the shared Kbee folder

Click on the β€œView in Drive” button to access the shared folder created by Kbee

Copy or move your docs into this shared folder and they will show up in your Kbee dashboard.
Note: Only Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and PDFs in this folder will be rendered as articles in your knowledge base
